Returns Policy - LV426 Designs

Important Notice: All our items are made-to-order 3D printed products, custom-manufactured specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific return policies that differ from standard retail items.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun
- Once printing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of the products

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy for standard (non-custom) items, which begins from the day you receive your order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Completely unassembled and unpainted
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-printed models (including custom color selections)
- Items that have been assembled or painted
- Heroforge printed miniatures
- Custom advent calendars
- Items that have been damaged due to improper handling

Damages and Quality Issues
- Please inspect your order immediately upon reception
- If you receive a damaged item or if there are quality issues, contact us within 48 hours at adam@lv426designs.co.uk
- Include clear photos of the issue for assessment
- Manufacturing defects will be addressed with either a replacement or refund at our discretion

Return Process
1. Contact us at adam@lv426designs.co.uk to initiate a return
2. Wait for our confirmation before sending any items back
3. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund amount will be for the item cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable)

European Union Rights
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt. However, as our products are custom-made to order, this right does not apply once production has begun, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive exceptions for customized products.
