Processing Time
- All items are made-to-order using high-quality 3D printing technology
- Standard processing time is 3-5 business days
- Large or complex orders may require 5-10 business days
- Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated upon order confirmation
- Processing times may be extended during peak periods or holidays

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

UK Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-3 business days): £3.50
- Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 business days): £4.50
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days): £5.00
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days): £6.00
- Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Next business day): £8.50

International Shipping:
- Standard International (7-14 business days): Starting from £9.50
- International Tracked & Signed (5-7 business days): Starting from £12.50
- International Express (3-5 business days): Starting from £15.00

Package Protection
- All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery
- Models are individually wrapped in plastic wrap
- Boxes are filled with appropriate cushioning material
- Fragile items receive extra protection
- Tracking numbers are provided for all tracked services

International Orders
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost
- These charges are the buyer's responsibility
- Please check your country's customs policies before ordering
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide
- Some restrictions may apply for certain locations
- Please contact us if you're unsure about shipping to your location

Lost or Damaged Items
- For untracked items: Please allow full delivery time before reporting missing items
- For tracked items: We will assist with tracking inquiries
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Please provide photos of any damaged items and packaging
- Replacement or refund will be arranged for items damaged in transit
- Replacement requests will be processed within 5 business days
- Once a return has been accepted, please refer to the "Processing Times" above to allow for reprinting and re-delivery

Multiple Items
- Multiple items may be combined for shipping
- Combined shipping discounts are automatically calculated at checkout
- Large orders may be split into multiple packages for safe delivery

Address Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses
- Address changes after order placement cannot be guaranteed
