Safe removal method:

1. Run hot tap water (hot but not painful)
2. Hold supported area under water for 2–3 seconds
3. Supports soften instantly and peel away easily

For fine details such as fingers or clothing folds, snip around supports first and gently separate.

This massively reduces accidental damage risk.
