28mm and 32mm refer to standard tabletop miniature scale conventions based on the height of an average human sized figure. Actual finished dimensions vary according to pose and the included base.

🛠 Support Removal Safe Easy Method Recommended

Delicate models may ship with supports attached to protect fragile parts during transit.

Run hot tap water that is hot but not painful and hold the supported area under the water for 2 to 3 seconds. The supports soften quickly and can then be removed carefully. For smaller supports around hands, phones, paperwork and clothing details, trim with hobby flush cutters before removal where needed.
