📏 Understanding Miniature Scale
28mm and 32mm refer to tabletop miniature scale rather than the exact overall height of every sculpt. Dynamic poses, hair, armour and other design features can make the finished model taller or shorter than the nominal scale measurement.

🛠 Support Removal – Recommended Method
Supports are left attached where appropriate to help protect delicate parts during transit. Carefully remove them with flush cutters or hobby snips. Warm — not boiling — water can help soften supports around fragile areas.

🛠 Assembly & Preparation
Use standard cyanoacrylate superglue for assembly. Minor sanding or cleanup may be required at support and contact points. Prime the model before painting for best results.

🧼 Resin Handling Note
All models are washed, rinsed and fully UV-cured before dispatch. Temperature changes can occasionally cause slight surface tackiness on resin parts; a wash with warm soapy water and additional exposure to daylight will resolve this.
